The Studio.
Inspiration and research in one place: your saves, what's rising, what the creators you watch are doing, what's worked for you, and what your community is asking for.
What's trending
Rising sounds, hashtags and searches, refreshed weekly around your niche keywords.
Creators you watch
Their latest posts that beat their own usual engagement. The badge shows how many times their typical post it got. Edit the list in settings.
What's worked for you
Search your past posts by brand, product type, theme or hook, and sort by the metric you care about. Top 10% by the chosen metric are flagged.
Saves and shares are only visible to the account owner, so they can't be pulled from your public profile. To fill them in, export your post insights from Instagram's Professional Dashboard or Meta Business Suite (Insights, Content, Export as CSV) and drop the file in your IG Weekly Export folder. The weekly refresh matches it to your posts.

What your community is asking
Your saves
The Deal Desk.
Every brand partnership from first email to paid invoice, what each one was worth to you, and a negotiator that checks new offers against your own history.
Your pipeline
Import a contract
Upload a signed contract or brief (PDF or text). Claude reads it and fills in the brand, deliverables, fee, due dates, payment terms, usage rights and exclusivity, and flags anything unusual. You check it, then add it to the pipeline.
Or drop contracts in the Heyday Hub Contracts folder in your Google Drive and the Monday refresh adds them for you.
Add a deal by hand
Brands your community brings up
Deal library
Every partnership with what it paid per deliverable, the hours it really took, and how the brand was to work with. Rate a deal once it's posted so the numbers are there when the brand comes back.
Your rate card
What you've actually been paid per deliverable (from rated deals), next to the rate you want to quote. Set your asking rates here; the Negotiator uses them.
Brands to work with again
The Negotiator
Pick a deal (or paste a brand's email or offer). Claude compares it with your past partnerships and rate card, reviews usage rights and exclusivity, and drafts a counteroffer with the reasoning and a reply you can send.

Define your niche
Claude reads your recent posts (captions, hooks, themes and what performed best) plus your saved collections, then drafts your niche. Add your own context below and re-run it any time. Everything on the Trends tab and in Ask your saves is tuned to this.
How importing works
Instagram doesn't let apps read saved collections directly, so this uses your Instagram data export. Each week, put a new export (only Saved ticked, JSON format) in your IG Weekly Export folder in Google Drive. Claude checks the folder weekly, adds any new saves with a thumbnail, and writes what each one is, why you likely saved it, the hook and the theme.
Trend briefs (SEO, Google, Pinterest, Amazon and your publications) need live web research, which Claude does outside this page. Use Request a fresh trend brief on any answer, then say Fill my trend brief requests in Claude, or let the weekly routine do it.
The Lineup.
Every post from idea to published. Give an idea a date and it lands on the week; move it along as it gets scripted, filmed and scheduled.
